Use:
Cut the waste tires (removed wire loops) into several parts.
The cutter machine is made up of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, one pair of blade, frame and rotating body etc.
The basic principle is: motor drives hydraulic system and the cylinder, place the tire to lock arm, fasten two blades rotating between tire and shear cylinders work to move, two blades rotating blades forming shear, achieve the effect of shear.
Feature:
This equipment of good shear effect, shearing speed, low energy consumption, small volume, convenient, because use the hydraulic system, easy operation and safe.
Mechanical description: the tires more than 800 need to cut, and cut into four pieces in general .the size of piece is 200-500mm.
Notes for using tire cutter:
a. Inspect the knives frequently, if appear obvious blunt, it should be maintain timely, and the service is 2-3 years.
b. the oil in hydraulic station should be filtered and changed regularly. Generally filter once every one and half year.
c. Wearing parts: rubber seals, delivered with another set when ship the machine to the buyer.
