Usage and Notes:
1, To choose suitable electroscope according to the rated voltage.
2, Electricity testing operation shall comply with the relevant regulation of electrical safety working rule.
3, Press the self-inspection button before electricity testing, the electroscope should send out continuous sound and light signals. If no signals, it is prohibited to use it to operate.
4, When using the electroscope, the operators must grip the handle, completely pull out and fix the operating rod.
Voltage Detector is a high voltage detect tool, which is composed of signal device and insulated rod. A mask integrated circuit is used inside the signal device.
During voltage detecting, the voltage signal enters the integrated circuit in the signal device, and the integrated circuit processes the voltage signal into electrical signals, and then starts voice circuit and light indication.
500kV Voltage detector is contact electroscope, automatic detection whether electrified body is electriferous or not. When the measured voltage is higher than the trigger voltage of electroscope, signal device will start the voice circuit and send out the language. At the same time, there is a light indication at the bottom of the signal device.
The insulation rod conforms to the IEC/IC78 standard, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, shock resistance, bending resistance and high insulation. The material characteristics and withstand voltage of insulated rod are shown in Table 1 and 2.
