Key equipment
Drum Chipper
The drum chipper is the special equipment for producing perfect chips. It is used in paper plant, particle board plant, fiber-board plant and chips bases. By which, logs and small wood are cut into high quality chips with even length and uniform chip thickness, it is also suitable for the chipping of branches and twigs, planks and etc. The chip length is different in accordance with the requirement of paper plant, particle board and fiber-board industries, so in order to meet this need, our company improve different kind of drum chippers recently, and the new type machine has more advantages. Refiner
Pressurized refiner adopts the patents and combined international advanced technology. The technical data and performance are close to the advanced level of world-famous similar products. The refiner has advanced structure, high automatic and easy operation, reliable and precision running, which can produce high quality fiber with lower moisture.
Pressurized refiner can be used for MDF/HDF production line with capacity range from 30,000 to 300,000cbm per year.

Sanding and CTS Line
This production line consists of two parts: sanding and cut-to-size line, used for sanding and cutting of board with a size of 8 feet by 20 feet.
In this production line, the sanding line and the CTS line can be connected for continuous operation, and the sanding line can also work independently. Under normal circumstances, the sanded board is stacked into a maximum stack of 210mm by a pre stacker and fed into a longitudinal feeder for longitudinal and cross cutting saw.
