1.Nylon monofilament belongs to major diameter fiber, production method is different from traditional fiber ,can be used in filtration cloth, filtration mesh, fishing mesh and so on. 2.We have 36 producition lines for producing nylon monofilament,annual production is 1200 tons,PA6,PA66,and PA12 as material, diameter is from 0.08mm to 2.0mm(60-32000D), hundreds of colors, also can according to customers requirements, with high strength, minor elongation and other characteristics, about nylon monofilament we own four related patents. 3.The sewing Monofilaments are used in many sewing applications, such as carpets, upholstery and furnishings. Made of filament nylon, featured by high-tenacity, high risistance to friction,bright color and good color-fastness.Suitable for leather products tents,car cushions and all kinds of bags.
