Product Description
Mining Machine Stone Impact Crusher Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. The crushing
equipment can handle various materials with a particle size of not more than 1000 mm and a
compressive strength of not more than 350 MPa. It has the characteristics of large crushing
ratio, high crushing efficiency and convenient maint-enance. The product is a cube, which is
an ideal processing equipment for high-grade road surface and aggregate for hydropower
construction. Impact crusher is widely used in highway construction, water conservancy
engin-eering, and construction stone processing with its stable performance
and good performance.
Working Principle
PF Impact Crusher breaks materials with impact force. When working, driven by a motor, the
rotor rotates at a high speed. When materials enter the working area of hammer, they are
crushed under the high-speed shock. Then broken materials are thrown onto the lining plate
for another crushing. Finally, qualified materials are discharged from the opening. Adjusting
the gap between the impact rack and rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of
finished products.
