Sericite is a layered silicate mineral exhibiting a silky luster. It is a subspecies of white mica, appearing as a microfine grain variant of white mica. Its chemical formula is: KAl2(AISi3O10)(OH)2, can be peeled into very thin flakes, flexible and bendable. It demonstrates good resistance to acids and alkalis, salt spray, high temperatures (above 600°C), electrical insulation, and wear. We own 0.4565 square kilometers of mining rights for the Ma'anshan sericite mine in Mianning County. Initial proven reserves of 10 million tonnes, mostly mud-like output, high whiteness, small natural grain size.
