Main frame (lower four-column structure) Four-column layout: Four high-strength alloy steel columns are located under the equipment, supporting the upper beam and the moving table, forming a stable closed-loop structure, strong anti-biased load ability, suitable for high-precision stamping. ◦ Advantage: Compared to the traditional four-column structure, the lower four-column structure has a lower center of gravity and a smoother operation, allowing the operator to observe the mold and feed the material up close.
Servo hydraulic system Servo motor + quantitative pump: real-time response to pressure and flow demand, compared to asynchronous motor energy saving 30%-60%, noise below 70dB. ◦ Closed-loop control: pressure sensor + displacement encoder double feedback to ensure pressing force error ≤±1%, position accuracy ±0.01mm. ◦ Multi-stage embossing curve: Programmable control of pressure, pressure retention, pressure relief process, to adapt to different metal liquidity needs (such as gold and silver soft and hard differences). 3. Electronic control system ◦ Intelligent interaction: 10-inch touch screen preset process parameters, support formula storage, fault self-diagnosis. ◦ Safety protection: Light curtain protection, two-hand operation button, mechanical mode locking device, in line with CE/OSHA safety standards.
