Automatic Makeup Remover Cotton Pad Making Machine Production Process: Raw material unwinding -- rubber stick feeding -- mold rolling cutting -- automatic counting -- finished product output
Main characteristics: 1. Main working procedures of the machine: raw material's unwinding & transferring, make embossing on raw materials with heatingsystem, punching the raw materials to be round cotton pads, counting pieces, arraying to output the products, waste raw material'scollecting, etc. The embossing design can be made according to client's request. 2. The machine uses mechanical punching systemwhich has 3 sets of round imported punching knives. It uses the most reasonable arraying way to make the raw material's waste atthe minimum level which decreases the cost of finished products and increases the producing efficiency. 3. The machine's mainframe is made of international good quality steel and iron. It is equipped with 1 set of "steel roller to steel roller" embossingsystem with heating unit. You can make either embossed round cotton pads or non-embossed round cotton pads.4. The punching system has 3 sets of round puching knives which raw materials are imported from Japan to keep punching neat andprecise. The finished products have no rough selvedge.5. The machine is equipped with 3 sets of tension-adjusting systems and 1 set of raw material waste collecting system.6. The machine has automatic piece-counting system which is designed by our factory. The width of raw material rolls depends onthe width of punching mould. Maximum diameter of raw material rolls is about 100cm.7. The machine uses cam transmission system which is equipped with 2 sets of specially-made wearable rubber transferring rollersand other parts are using aluminum alloy rollers to transfer the raw materials. The machine uses vertical outputting way.8. The machine uses frequency convertor(transducer)to control the producing speed. The electrical parts have reasonable wireslayout. The machine has light working sound and is easily operated.
