Working Flow of Manure Treating Equipment
Manure Scraper
1.It is mainly composed of motor,reduction gears,scraper, angle pulley and nylon rope etc.
2.Speed reducer output shaft transfers the dynamic force to the main driving wheel through chain or triangle belt.Driving wheel and hauling cable drives scratch board back and forth movement.
Screw Press Solid Liquid Separator
1.It consists of a screw pump, motor, return pipe, dandruff comb, etc.
2.The dry and wet separator pumps the manure to the main machine by the screw pump. The moisture in the material is extruded out of the screen and flows out of the water pipe, while the manure is extruded to the discharge hole. The moisture content of the separated slag is 30%.
