The machine covers a small space, can be designed to meet different space request. The counterweight is used to balance the z-axis with a large load bearing capacity,which effectively ensures the influence of the two axes due to different stress structures. The cutting feed in the process of wheel repair can keep sensitive control response and achieve the perfect wheel milling effect.
1.The machine bed as a whole casting vertical structure. Compared with the horizontal structure, the mechanical transmission is more stable, the turning performance is better and the machining precision is higher.
2.Wheel diameter range is large,machine tool area is small, professional is strong, value for money, operation and use more convenient.
3.Self-developed special wheel repair software. LCD touch screen configuration. Wheel surface measurements and program optimization are done all at once on the machine tool system,So simple, easy to understand and easy to operate.
4.Laser non-contact measurement or probe contact measurement optional, both can also be configured. Laser measurements enable fast scanning.
The tool rest of the machine tool adopts horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool rest, which has short tool change time and greatly improves work efficiency. The 8-station tool turret makes the process simpler.
