Product Description Bridge Block Cutting Machine for Marble Granite The bridge block cutting machine for granite is used in natural stone processing enterprises. The block cutter is designed for vertical cutting of the stone block into one or more slabs.
Block cutting has two types two choose: vertical and hydraulic.
The rotation occurs so that the table for the block is not needed (which does not supply with the machine, are available only on request). Version without a table.
Features: The bridge cutting machine is mainly for granite and marble, it adopts multidisc and PLC programmable control and man-machine interface, combined with a super-precision rotary encoder for slicing, uses a frequency converter to control left-right feeding, and adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It adopts a hydraulic lifting system and forward-backward slicing adopts high-precision screw nut driving, automatic slicing, and main spare parts adopt imported good-quality materials. The block can be placed on the ground directly, saving the cost of trolley and maintenance. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble block because of its high-efficiency cutting rate, high precision slicing, flatness, stability, and easy operation.
