Gouging Carbon Rod Introductions:
Regular Grades: Pointed tyep, gouging rods used for cutting, welding, defects removing, making holes, welding inspection and removing over-welded parts. --Regular size(dia x length): 4*305; 5*305; 6*305; 6.5*305; 6.5*355, 6*455, 8*305, 8*355, 8*455, 8*510, 9*305, 9*355, 9.5*305, 10*355, 10*455, 10*510, 12*305, 12*355, 12.7*305, 12.7*355 Jointed type, gouging rods have the added benefit of working without stub loss with each rod having male & female parts, can be used with manual and automatic torches. --Regular size(dia x length): 8*355J, 8*430J,10*355J, 10*430J, 10*455J, 13*355J, 13*430J, 13*455J, 16*355J, 16*430J, 16*455J, 19*355J, 19*430J, 19*455J, 19*510J Other Grades: Pointed Gouging Carbon Rods (A.C.) are designed to produce a U-shaped groove with low levels of smoke and slag. Blasting copper gouging rods are used to cut welding defects, removes mould pits and produce mould holes. Flat gouging rods are designed for close tolerance metal removal and sacrificing application producing a rectangular groove.
