The table along the saddle left and right movingguideway for double V guideway, guide rail surfaceusing manual precision scraping development, leftand right moving by independent hydraulic stationclosed hydraulic system drive, with strong rigidity,small thermal deformation, high grinding accuracy.
Preloaded precision linear guideway and preciseball screw drive are used for the lower and frontand back movement of the grinding head, whichcan do accurate feeding with high repeatability.Special designed spindle, with dynamic oil pressuretechnology, quill structure fitted, spindle motordirectly connected with flexible coupling.
