1.D type hydraulic pulper is mainly used to degrade pulp board, waste paper and broken paper, it is a new energy - efficient vertical hydraulic pulper.

2. The rotor off the center position, so that the waste paper could touch the rotor more quick, and the frequency are higher.
3.The traditional water power pulper produces a unimpeded hydro cyclone, and waste paper move to the center rotor from the entrance according to helix track. But D series water power pulper changed the way it flow, and make the paper touch rotor quickly, thus it shorten the time to crush the paper and improved production capacity at the same time.
4. Thereby, on condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. Rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of rotor and extraction plate can be extended.
