The drum pulper is used for continuously and softly pulping waste paper in high consistency. This equipment can keep the physical property of the fiber at maximum limits because of soft pulping. At the same time, it is used for deinking pulp, the chemical can be fully mixed with waste paper and the ink particles can be separated from the fiber easily.
The equipment is furnished with an automatic control system, radiation weighing system, and consistency control system. The pulping effect is stable.

The pulp can be pulped gently at a high concentration of 14%-18%, keeping the physical properties of the fiber to the maximum. 3. Low impurity damage rate and high slag discharge efficiency, which reduces the burden of subsequent processes. 4. Low power consumption per ton of paper reduces operating costs and improves competitiveness. 5. The disintegration residence time is long, the fiber is fully decomposed, and the good fiber loss rate is very low. Basically no wearing parts, continuous pulping, reducing maintenance costs.
