Introduction of production line of biomass flat die granulator
Biomass flat-die granulator is a kind of equipment which uses biomass materials to manufacture granular fuel. It has the characteristics of simple assembly and disassembly, stable operation and convenient operation.
The production line is mainly composed of granulator, pulverizer, dryer, conveyor and packaging machine. Biomass materials is treated by a pulverizer and becomes a granular material suitable for processing by a granulator; Granular materials are extruded and molded by a granulator to form granules with a diameter of about 6mm; The granular materials are dried by a dryer to remove water and improve the density and calorific value of the particles; Finally, the granular materials are sent to a packaging machine by a conveyor for packaging and sealing, and become the finished granular fuel.
Biomass pellet fuel is a kind of green renewable energy, which has the characteristics of high energy density, easy storage, transportation and combustion, and is widely welcomed in the market.
