BM-60/80/100/120/S800 Diamond Gangsaw is a sliding sleeve double link saw for sawing blocks of marble or other limestones, sandstone, synthetic stone with a system that lifts the block as it's sawn.
This gangsaw, also know as diamond frame saw, diamond row saw and marble frame saw, has been designed to get perfect output at low operational cost. It's highly urged for the reliable functionality, rust resistance, easy operation, low maintenance and durability.
Main Features: 1. Adopt table lifting feeding mode for sawing, frequency conversion drive.
2. Static pressure circular guide rail structure is adopted for reciprocating swing of saw frame. 3. Adopts double crank and double connecting rod structure.
4. Exclusive use of screw rod anti impact mechanical protection device.
5. Small current fluctuation, longer motor life.
6. Small running resistance, energy saving and power saving.
7. The saw frame can be assembled with 60/80100/120 diamond saw blades.
8. The saw frame has high straightness, good cutting quality and high yield.
9. It is more suitable for ultra-thin saw blade and cutting thin plate.
10. Intelligent control system with man-machine interface is adopted for easy operation, which can monitor various working states of the equipment, and display fault cause alarm prompt.
