The MVR-220 machine tool is designed for the processing of large parts with medium to low production volumes. This includes various automotive engine block prototype machining, automotive engine refurbishment and repair, maintenance of various automotive engine blocks, large diesel engine connecting rod processing, large compressor block machining, compressor blocks for train air conditioning, oilfield components, porous natural gas/diesel engine blocks, various cylinder liners, brake drums, large hydraulic components, and other similar applications. This machine tool is the first large part honing system in the domestic market with outstanding competitiveness.

-Equipped with a PLC computer control system and an easy-to-use color touchscreen interface, utilizing Delta's PLC processor.
-The display can show the torque values at three different positions (upper, middle, lower) for each hole, allowing for the assessment of hole diameter consistency.
-Capable of processing large parts weighing up to 680 kg (1500 lbs).
-The vertical stroke mechanism ensures higher geometric accuracy compared to other similar equipment, especially advantageous for processing irregularly shaped workpieces.
-The new 2.2 kW (3 hp) servo-driven stroke system enhances flexibility and machining precision. The stroke servo control ensures consistent internal honing patterns, allows precise control of the angle of the honing pattern, and enables short strokes and pauses at any position within the hole, achieving high-precision honing at the hole's end.
-PLC computer control of the bottom short honing allows for high-precision honing of blind holes.
-The worktable is extremely simple, making clamping very convenient and reliable regardless of the workpiece shape, and the tooling costs are very low when changing different workpieces.
-The specially designed honing head has a wide processing range, and the various honing strips made from imported abrasives exhibit excellent performance, significantly reducing the cost of honing tools.
