SE,SC series solvent safety caps offer a safe and reliable protection which used for Liquid Chromatography, Automatic Solid Phase Extraction, and Pressurized Liquid Extraction etc. It can not only effectively filter the dust in the air, prevent the solvent from polluting and ensure a reliable analytical results, but also prevent the solvent from volatilizing to protect the lab environment from being polluted.
Unilateral Seal -Prevent Evaporation
Adopt high sensitivity one-way inlet valve, when the instrument stops working, the inlet valve automatically closes and seal to prevent the solvent from evaporation which can maximum protect laboratory safety and the health of experimenters;
Micro-porous filter membrane-----No contamination
With 1.5um PTFE filter membrane ,it can effectively filter the dust in the air and prevent the solvent contamination.

Time Label -Expiration Reminder
The time label on SC solvent safety caps record the time in the form of red progress bar to remind the user to replace the micro-porous filter.
Separate bodies- economical and practical
The micro-porous filter and unilateral valve of SC series products are designed separately. The low-cost micro-porous filter is located outside the safety valve, which is easy to replace. The high-cost unilateral valve inside the safety valve can be used permanently without replacement, which greatly saves cost.
