Question:Can you turn the wheel without using the foot pedal or without having it on, like as you're trimming? Some won't allow free motion.
Answer:The pedal controls the speed. You turn it on, the wheel will not move. Press down on the pedal to whatever speed you want and it will stay at that speed until you adjust the pedals position again.
Question:Does it come with bats? If not how big of a bot would I need to buy?
Answer:This does come with one bat. It is a very nice wheel. I have just used the one bat. I usually just slide my pieces onto a piece of particle board to dry.
Question:Does this unit plug into a standard 120v electrical outlet?
