Made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel, 3-wall structure with movable cover.
Inner wall contact to milk / juice directly, 3mm / mirror polish
Jacket wall contact to the heating medium. (Heating medium can be steam or hot water)
the dimple jacket can bear 60psi steam pressure
Outer shell made of stainless steel 304

All stainless steel (304) sanitary construction 100% TIG welded and sanitary polished with quality controls, inspection and pressure testing.
