Product Description History of PK rotary sifter (gyratory screen)
As the first one manufacturer of this type screen in China, PK Machinery Co., Ltd start to design and produce this type screen from the first half of the 1998, and PK Machinery Co., Ltd has supplied hundreds sets of gyratory screen in China market in the last 15 years. PK Machinery also export this type screen to oversea successfully.

Brief introduction
We call this type screen gyratory screen because it do a circle movement on a almost horizontal plane. We mainly use it for screening urea granulation and other fertilizer, but it also could handle other bulk and fine material such as grain, sand and salt.
We had supplied hundreds sets of type screen own plenty experience on this equipment.
1. Features of rotary sifter
Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a new kind of screen machine especially for urea, ferlizer, grain, cereal such as granular material. There are following advantages: Reasonable design, stable running, full-sealed construction, no dust pollution, plugged hole proof, sticking proof etc. It is more obvious to carbamide screening with strong hygroscopicity, big viscosity, easy plugged hole and sticking. Reduce validly base dynamic load for adopting rotary principle.
2. Application of vibrating screen
Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a new screening device which is developed mainly aiming at screening of bulky urea and fertilizer, also used widely for agriculture to screen grain and cereal.
3. Advantages of vibrating screen
1) No vertical vibrating and long span life sieve mesh(from 6 to 12 months)
2) Sieve mesh anti clogging clearing device is set up on each layer of mesh. The unplugged hole of mesh prolongs running period. Sieve classifier constantly clears the sieve mesh under working condition.
3) Adopting rotary principle improves obviously materials distribution, increase effective utilization of screen deck, finally increase the screen efficiency and reduce powder content of finished materials.
4) Full-sealed construction and no dust pollution improve working circumstance of operation sales person.
5) Reduce dynamic load 3 to 5 times to base.
