Application
Digital AC Hipot test set (Power frequency withstand voltage test set) adopt numerical control technology, strong anti-jamming capacity. Compared with the last generation control box, it has small size, light weight, fine appearance characters, etc. Its output voltage range is 0~430V continuously adjustable, and it is used for calibrate, detect and test voltage regulate control for equipment. This control unit has simple operation, compact structure, stable function, reliable running, easy maintenance features, and it is the ideal control equipment for outdoor HV test. It can be widely used in electricity, hydraulic engineering, chemical, railway industries and laboratories.
The equipment mainly includes 1 control unit and 2 oil-immersed transformers.

-Direct reading: This equipment adopt digital LCD meter which can directly display HV voltage, meter voltage and LV current, HV current (HV current for optional). It is easy for test observation and recording. -Accuracy measurement: Whole digital processing, built-in precise mathematical models, high test accuracy, precision test result. -Exactly protection function: Whole digital processing, over-current protection value setting, voltage setting, and over-voltage protection value setting all adopt digital display which makes the protection more exactly. -Automatically timing: This equipment has the timing function. It automatically measures time according to the set voltage which makes the timing more efficient. -Easy to carry: small size, light weight, the volume is 30%~ 70% the volume of the similar products.

1.Introduction
It is used for power system to test various insulation voltages of various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components and insulating materials under power frequency or DC high voltage. This series of test transformers has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure and strong versatility.
2.Advantage
- One molding for high voltage bushing
- Completely isolated between the casing and the oil drum, and all the connecting parts are sealed with imported oil-resistant O-ring seals, which completely solves the problem of common transformer oil leakage.
- Sleeping iron core design to effectively improve the shock resistance.
- All products are subjected to 24-hour inversion test before leaving the factory to test the problem of oil leakage in the test transformer.
- All products can pass 1.1 times induction withstand voltage test.
- Insulating oil is colorless and transparent Karamay original oil
- High-low pressure wire is made of high-strength polyester and oxygen-free copper bar enameled wire
