PVC auto weighing, mixing and feeding system is specialled used for PVC pipe & PVC profile production field. This system could auto weighing the PVC, CACO3 and other addtives and auto feed to mixer for mixing, after mixing, the dry blend will be auto fed to the extruders. It has the features of non-dust (could reduce at least 95% dust compare to
traditional mixing), save labor, high efficient, fully automatic operation, etc.
We could offer design for outdoor big storage silos for PVC and CACO3, then use high pressure pneumatic feeding system to indoor PVC mixer.
