What is RPET?
RPET means (recycled) polyethylene terephthalate.
RPET's R (cycle) in English means to cycle or recycle.
PET is polyethylene terephthalate. The chemical formula is - OCH2-CH2OCOC6H4CO-
English name: polyethylene terephthalate, abbreviated as PET, is a high polymer produced by the dehydration and condensation reaction of ethylene terephthalate. Ethylene glycol terephthalate is obtained by esterification reaction between terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) was originally extracted from petroleum and processed through special processes. The elongated wire (with a thickness of 2-3mm) is machine cut into particles with a size of approximately 3-4mm, which is called PET particles. It is used as a raw material for various processed chemical fibers, divided into bottle grade and spinning grade.

Compared to PP spun bond non-woven fabric, RPET/Polyester spunbond non woven fabric is of excellent tearing strength. It is with high melting point, Over 250℃ temperature the fabric can be heat transfer printed ,widely used for cable wrapping,nonwoven bag sublimation ,ect .
