According todifferent requirements of production process, via steam, oil, electric heater or cooling water to cooling or heating. 3. Advance sealing system. 4. The top peg put pressure to the material by cylinder, forced to knead the material evenly to increase productivity. ROTOR

Rotor shaft: Forged and heat-treated and tempered with high carbon steel and other alloy steel forging by heat treatment and tempering, deep carbonization 72 hours, the thickness of 0.12~0.18mm, its hardness of HV950~1050, to ensure that the rotor shaft hardness is high, high load-bearing capacity, torsion, without breaking the shaft, smooth transmission.
Rotor blade: Precision CNC machined from high carbon steel by precision CNC, HRC 55~62, to ensure wear-resistant and durable.
Anti-Leakage Technology CFine's unique anti-leakage device:
