1. Using elliptic shear rotor, the surface of the rotor is coated by wear-resistant surfacing hard alloy, chromate plated for the inside of the mixer chamber surface, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistance, and increase the useful life. 2. Adopted circulation channel structure to achieve the heat conduction medium circulation for the rotor, the mixer chamber and the top peg. According todifferent requirements of production process, via steam, oil, electric heater or cooling water to cooling or heating. 3. Advance sealing system. 4. The top peg put pressure to the material by cylinder, forced to knead the material evenly to increase productivity. The electric controlling system is adopted the famous brand in China, controlled by manual or automatic, easy to shift and operate reliably.

ROTOR
Design: the rotor leaf adopts prismatic design, two-leaf four pronged rotor, and the shaft center is hollow, which can pass cooling water.
Material processing:
Rotor shaft: Forged and heat-treated and tempered with high carbon steel and other alloy steel forging by heat treatment and tempering, deep carbonization 72 hours, the thickness of 0.12~0.18mm, its hardness of HV950~1050, to ensure that the rotor shaft hardness is high, high load-bearing capacity, torsion, without breaking the shaft, smooth transmission.
Rotor blade: Precision CNC machined from high carbon steel by precision CNC, HRC 55~62, to ensure wear-resistant and durable.
Anti-Leakage Technology CFine's unique anti-leakage device:
CFine's unique anti-powder leakage device adopts mechanical shaft sealing compression technology and is sealed with self-lubricating sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is always in the state of compression sealing during the mixing process.
The self-lubricating sealing ring can reduce the wear and tear of the kneading system and effectively reduce powder leakage and noise.
