Product Description
Nylon 6 fabric is mainly used as framework material for tires. We have five sizes of Nylon 6 fabric, 840D/2, 840D/1, 1260D/2, 1680D/2 and 1890D/2. Also we can produce special sizes according to demanding.
Our Main Nylon Products
Nylon -6 series of products covering nylon -6 & high viscose chips, nylon filament / UV yarn, grey cloth, nylon dipped cord fabric and other products.
Nylon 6 chips are mainly used in industrial spinning. containing antioxidant slice. It ranges from viscosity range to high viscosity, slightly high viscosity and medium viscosity with three different viscosity ranges. Suitable for industrial cord and canvas spinning, fishing net, paper making blankets, heald production users.

Our company have imported SPINNING PROCESS from BARMAG in Germany, WEAVING LOOM from DONNIER in Germany.

Dipped tire cord fabric
It is mainly made of nylon 6,nylon 66 and polyester, has advantage as high breaking strength, excellent impact resistance, high fatigue-proof strength and good adhesive strength with rubber.
It is the high quality skeleton material of various rubber products which take the important role that insures shape and bears load.
