The liquid wax is transported to the wax storage tank of the wax block forming machine by pipeline or container, which is composed of heated melted paraffin wax, beeswax, etc. The wax storage tank is equipped with heating and temperature control devices, such as paraffin wax heated to about 50-70 degrees Celsius. After the liquid wax enters the mold, it solidifies by circulating cooling water flowing in the mold cooling channel. The shape of the mold determines the shape of the wax block. During solidification, the forming machine may exert pressure to make the structure of the wax block compact and the appearance smooth. After the wax block is completely solidified, it is removed by the ejecting mechanism or the mold opening and closing mechanism.
