After Sales Service
We offer remote free technical support via email or phone. Alternatively, upon customer request, our supplier can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's factory for on-site technical support. However, the customer is responsible for the expenses of technical personnel located outside China.
Customers may also send their own technical personnel to Vinston factory for free training.
The complete machine is covered by a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, non-artificially damaged parts can be replaced free of charge.
After the warranty period expires, damaged parts need to be repurchased, and all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
