Product description: 32 Tons HC type electric mobile wire rope hoist for lifting heavier cargo
HC type wire rope electric travelling hoist is a small-size lifting equipment,it could be installed many type cranes,such as overhead crane,gantry crane,jib crane,and it can be mounted on single-beam.Through slight modification,electric wire rope hoist can be used as a winch.So, it has a wide usage.
Through the transformation of the pulley block magnification, the product can reach a variety of lifting weight specifications and different working levels, and meet customer requirements to the greatest extent.HC type wire rope electric travelling hoist is a necessary lifting equipment in order to improving working conditions,which has the advantages of raising working efficiency and reducing manpower consumption.
In order to satisfy the needs for lifting heavier cargo, Henan Mine Crane also manufactures HC32T electric hoist.Generally, HC type electric wire rope hoist has two models:single speed hoist provide only a normal speed, double speed hoist has two speed:normal speed and slow speed.They has the same usage with the CD/MD type wire rope hoist.
Special instructions: Wire rope hoists cannot use single phase. Therefore, when customizing, it is necessary to indicate whether single phase is used. If it is, chain hoists are recommended.
Application:HC type electric wire rope hoist could be widely used in factory, workshop, cargo storage, mines, harbour,warehouses.
Working conditions:
1. The altitude should not exceed 1000m. The ambient air temperature is -25ºC~+40ºC. The relative humidity of the ambient air does not exceed 85% (+25°C), and there is no corrosive gas. It is not suitable to lift high temperature or toxic, flammable and explosive cargo.
2. The rated voltage of the power supply is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz.
3. Lifting weight: 16-32T large tonnage electric hoist.
4. Lifting height: 9m~48m.
5. Type: can be divided into running type and fixed type.
