1.Main feed line
Main feed line system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, including a feed conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and a feed level sensor. Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.

2. Automatic pan feeding line system

(1) High-quality professional driving reduction motor.
(2) V-shaped Bin(with hopper)
Bin volume: 115L, hopper volume :38L
Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet.
(3) Feeding system:
Diameter of conveying pipe: 45mm
Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet pipe with the zinc coating amount of more than 275g per square meter .
Helical spring auger : from South Africa

(4) Feed level sensor from Israel: time delay range 0 to 2 hours.
3 .Automatic nipple drinking line system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of Poultry. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.
4 .Automatic ventilation fan system
This system controls climate conditions, fresh air, humidity and temperature in poultry shed, it is vital for growing birds. This system include Poultry house fan, Cooling pad, Air inlet window.

5. Environment control system
This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chicken. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment

6 .Spraying and disinfecting system
This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects the chicken house(the temperature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)

7.Cooling Pad System
Cooling pad surface coated with special material, which can ensure the cooling pad surface no moss, and inhibit the growth of bacteria; The top set with dredge water cooling pad, to make sure uniform water spread.
