The knife sharpener is mainly used to grind tools such as industrial blade, carbide cutters, drills, milling cutters, engraving cutters, mold milling machines, etc. to change their shape, angle, and cutting performance, making them sharper and improving production efficiency.
The design of the machine body has changed from the original loose frame structure to a steel plate welded structure, greatly improving the strength of the machine body and increasing and extending its service life.
The transmission part has changed from the original belt drive to gear drive, ensuring reliable and stable operation.
The original design of the grinding head swinging and rotating 30° has been changed to a design with a swinging and rotating angle greater than 90°, making it more convenient and quicker to change tools and sand wheels.

Working principle:
The blade is polished and grinded back and forth by the grinding head, accompanied by a water cooling system and an automatic lubrication system, to achieve the goal of making the tool sharper.
