There are following advantages: Reasonal design, stable running, full-sealed construction, no dust pollution, plugged hole proof, sticking proof etc.
Especially NPK Fertilizer Seiving Machinery is more obvious to carbamide screening with strong hygroscopicity, big viscosity, easy plugged hole and sticking.
Reduce validly base dyamic load for adopting rotary principle.
Application
NPK Fertilizer Seiving Machinery is a new screening device which is developed mainly aiming at screening of bulky grain carbamide, also used widely for screening operation in chemical industry, grain production, fire-proof materials, buliding materials etc.
Advantages

No vertical vibrating and long span life sieve mesh(from 6 to 12 months).

Sieve mesh anti clogging clearing device is set up on each layer of mesh. The unplugged hole of mesh prolongs runnig period. Sieve classifier constantly clears the sieve mesh under working condition.

Adopting rotary principle improves obviously materials distribution, increase effective utilization of screen deck, finally increase the screen efficiency and reduce powder content of finished materials.

Full-sealed construction and no dust pollution improve working circumstance of operation sales person.

Reduce dyamic load 3 to 5 times to base.
