Product Description

I. Working Principle
The material is conveyed to the main shredding chamber of the machine by the feeding device. Inside the chamber, the material undergoes mutual impact, collision, friction, shearing, and compression with the high-speed rotating components and particles, thereby achieving shredding. The shredded material then passes through the classifying wheel to separate the fine and coarse powders. The coarse powder flows back into the shredding chamber for further grinding, while the purified gas is expelled by the induced draft fan.

Low Wear and Tear: The wear-prone parts of the shredding section are made of composite wear-resistant new materials, ensuring long service life and pollution-free processing of materials with Mohs hardness ≤5.
Strong Mechanical Stability: Capable of continuous 24-hour production without downtime.
Versatile Functions: It can shred needle-shaped materials with a finished product length-to-diameter ratio of 15:1; generates no temperature rise during shredding, suitable for heat-sensitive materials; can disperse sintered agglomerated ultrafine materials with complete particle size recovery; possesses particle shaping capabilities, effectively enhancing bulk density; can shred fibrous materials; can shred materials with high moisture content, featuring drying capabilities; and can shred highly viscous materials.
