The tamping rammer applies to sand, gravel, clay, and all kinds of sandy soil compaction, but also to the asphalt sand, poor compaction of concrete and clay, particularly suitable for interior floors, courtyards, and narrow grooves such as construction sites, medium and large machinery which can not be competent to complete the construction tasks.

Operation safety:
1. Vibration impact compactors should be suitable for compacting loose materials such as cohesive soil, sand, and gravel, and should not be used on cement pavements or other hard surfaces.
2. The key inspection items before homework should meet the following requirements:
(1) All components are connected well without looseness;
(2) The internal combustion impact compactor has sufficient lubricating oil, and the throttle controller rotates flexibly;
(3) The electric impact compactor has a reliable neutral or grounding connection, and the surface insulation of the cable is intact.
In order to lubricate the components and increase the machine temperature for normal operation, the internal combustion engine should idle for 3-5 minutes after starting the internal combustion impact compactor, and then gradually increase the throttle. Only after the compactor has stabilized, can the operation be carried out.
4. After the electric impact compactor is powered on and started, the rotation direction of the motor should be checked. If there is an error, the phase line should be reversed.
5. During homework, the compactor should be properly controlled and not tilted. In order to reduce vibration to the human body, the handle should not be held too tightly. The compactor's forward speed can be controlled.
During normal homework, do not press down on the handle forcefully, as it may affect the jumping height of the compactor. When working on loose filling or uphill, the handle can be slightly pressed down and the forward speed of the compactor should be increased.
7. In areas where density needs to be increased, the compactor can be controlled by hand to repeatedly compact in place.
According to the homework requirements, the internal combustion impact compactor should adjust the throttle size to change the vibration frequency of the compactor within a certain range.
9. Internal combustion impact compactors should not be operated continuously at high speeds. The internal combustion engine system of the impact compactor is an air-cooled two-stroke high-speed (4000r/min) gasoline engine. If operated at high speeds for too long, it will be damaged due to high temperatures. Do not stop suddenly when the internal combustion engine is running at high speed.
10. Electric impact compactors should be equipped with leakage protection devices, and operators must wear insulated gloves and insulated shoes. When doing homework, the cable should not be pulled too tightly, and the installation of the cable head should be checked regularly to avoid loosening and causing leakage. It is strictly prohibited to work in the rain.
During homework, if there is an abnormal sound from the impact compactor, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
When transferring for a short distance, the handle of the impact compactor should be lifted slightly upwards first, and the transport wheel should be loaded into the hook of the impact compactor. Then, the handle should be pressed down to tilt the center of gravity backwards before pushing the handle to transfer the impact compactor.
13. After the homework, the mud, sand, and attachments on the compactor should be removed, the compactor should be kept clean, and properly stored.
