·Using variable pitch twin screw extrusion, it gives good performance of pressing and degreasing;
·Frequency conversion motor with wide speed range. The rotation speed can be adjusted for
different fish species to achieve the best match with the cooker;
·The press sieve is made of stainless steel, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and
prolongs the service life of the equipment;
·Equipped with steel base and no need to provide concrete foundation, thus it is flexible when
changing installation location;
·The fully sealed structure ensures no leakage of air and liquid in the production process, keeping
the working environment clean and tidy;
·Equipped with self-cleaning device, greatly reducing cleaning workload.
Steam Dried Fish Meal Process is proven to be the most efficient way to produce fishmeal and fish oil. It was first introduced in late 80s by Xinzhou Fishmeal Machinery, with 30 year's of experience, Xinzhou has developed into an expertise fishmeal manufacturer and ranked #1 in China
Raw material is cooked, pressed, and dried. Then the fish liquid is purified in a tricanter and centrifuge to make feed grade fish oil with less than1% moist. The whole process is automatically operated.
