The working process of pallet block machine can be summarized as follows:

Cutting: According to a certain length (usually around 1.2 m), the wood strip is cut into a long wooden strip. Cooling: The long wooden strip is cooled down after molding. Cutting: The long wooden strip is cut into the final size after cooling. Packing: The finished products are packed and stacked in a row for use. The pallet block machine is used to make the wooden pallet base, which is used for transportation or storage pallets. The final product can achieve E1 grade, and the pallet block can be solid without a hole in the center, or hollow.
