Fishmeal Deodorizer
Deodorizer is a cylindrical tower. Malodours pass upward from bottom, and the cooling water(less than 25 ºC) is sprayed down-ward from the top. They contact in some porcelain rings. The water drops here becoming into film on the surface of the porcelain that increases the contact area between water and malodours.The malodours which dissolve in the water are discharged. Others which don't dissolve in water go to the inlet of the air suction pump. Then the malodours are transported to the boiler.
Steam Dried Fish Meal Process is proven to be the most efficient way to produce fishmeal and fish oil. It was first introduced in late 80s by Xinzhou Fishmeal Machinery, with 30 year's of experience, Xinzhou has developed into an expertise fishmeal manufacturer and ranked #1 in China
Raw material is cooked, pressed, and dried. Then the fish liquid is purified in a tricanter and centrifuge to make feed grade fish oil with less than1% moist. The whole process is automatically operated.
