Application:
Dust-free oven is a special cleaning equipment for high temperature purification environment .It is used for electronic liquid crystal display,LCD,CMOS,IS,medicine,laboratory research departement ,Can also be used for drying non-volatile and non-flammable and explosive materias ,heat treatment ,aging ect.
The air in the dustfree oven is closed and self-circulating, and filtered repeatedly by high temperature resistant and high efficiency air filter (grade 100), so that the oven working room is dust-free. The dust-free oven is made of SUS 304# stainless steel construction.
Dust-free oven can be divided into grade 100 dust-free oven, grade 1000 dust-free oven, grade 10000 dust-free oven, touch screen controlled dust-free oven, LED dust-free oven,PCB board dust-free oven, for ITO glass dust-free oven, etc.
