Working Principle of corn husker thresher maize sheller
When husking, the machine tears open the corn peel under the action of the rubber
roll rotary movement to husk the corn, then discharges the corn cob from the outlet,
and meanwhile blows out the impurities from the fan outlet. It can complete the husking
work commendably, at the same time, the machine is instead of manual operation, highly improving the working efficiency.
When threshing, the corns enter from the feed port, then get hit under the action of high
speed rotating rotor and roller, corn seeds are separated by the sieve pore, cobs are
discharged from the rear part of the machine, corn silk powders and peels are discharged
from the air outlet. On the front and bottom of the feed port, there is a baffle in case some
splash seeds hurt persons.
