This CNC Vertical Lathe features:
1. The base, column, and slide are made of high-grade gray cast iron for strength and long-term accuracy stability.
2. Utilizes a roller-type linear guide for ultra-high rigidity and heavy load capacity, improving positioning accuracy and load-bearing capacity.
3. The servo main motor connects to the spindle through a synchronous toothed belt, ensuring repetitive positioning accuracy with stepless speed control for various machining requirements.
4. Longitudinal and transverse feeds are controlled by high-power servo motors, with a load balancing mechanism in the longitudinal feed to extend the screw's life cycle.
5. Support at both ends of the ball screws uses imported double-row bearings, ensuring machining accuracy.
6. Features an adjustable electric lubrication pump for intermittent automatic lubrication, ensuring precision in all moving parts.
7. The tool holder adopts a multi-station CNC tool holder for one-time clamping, reducing tool change time and improving work efficiency.
8. The spindle offers customization options such as a rotary table or hydraulic chuck at the upper end, and a rotary oil cylinder (single-piston or double-piston) at the lower end for versatile workholding capabilities.
