Instructions for use
Screen plate: 150-250 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Squeegee: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane squeegee
Reference dosage: 200 mesh screen printing is about 30kg/m2
Drying: natural evaporation drying (surface drying for 7-15 minutes, authentic drying for more than 30 minutes) or baking at 60ºC-80ºC for 20-30min.
Selection of solvents: 719 quick-drying water, 718 medium-drying water or 783 slow-drying water, cyclohexanone. Select appropriately due to different printing environment temperatures.
Screen cleaning: Use organic solvent for cleaning (such as screen washing water)
