Description:
Shrerdder-granulator Combo GCV series machine is a set of shredding and granulating integrated processing equipment, widely used in a variety of plastics. The upper space of the equipment is set as the shredding area, which adopts the structure of closely arranged small-blade- rotor-shaft, and is equipped with the forced feeding mechanism of the space is provided with a crushing area, and the structure of the rotor shaft and the feeding mode can be determined according to different materials, characteristics and output of the crushed objects.
The shredded and crushed materials do not need any conveying equipments. The machine has more compact structure, using less footprint, which has an outstanding cost performance. Specification

Dimensional drawings together with service requirements will be provided prior to delivery of the equipment. This will allow the customer to prepare the site and allow them to commence production in a timely fashion.
Genox holds a adequately inventory of spare parts and their efficient service personnel will ensure that any required part will be dispatched without delay. Delivery of the spare parts may be by air, sea or courier depending on the urgency of the situation. Customers are encouraged to hold their own critical spare parts such as granulator blades and screens to ensure optimal machine condition and performance.

Answer:Genox provides enough hardware resource especially for large-scale production lines, clients can carry out installation, commissioning and acceptance before delivery.
