PET/Glass/Can Semi-Automatic Depalletizer
General Introduction:
The depalletizer is new style one which is researched and developed by absorbing advanced technology aboard. It is suitable for different medium and large can/glass bottle filling production line, some functions will be changed or added according to the customer's actual requirement. The machine features as easy operation, smooth running, large output and easy maintenance.
The Principle & Structure Characteristics Raceway enter includes frame, bracket, roller and pedal. The pallet with empty CAN will be delivered to the raceway by forklift, and make sure the three main frame is on the raceway, then move the forklift, remove the top and round cover of the pallet, the pallet will be pushed to the up and down platform automatically. Before pushing to the up and down platform, the plastic cover should be taken off, and please attention to avoid tilting and dropping of the empty CAN. Lifting part is composed by frame and driving motor, on the top there is a reducer motor of 1.5KW, inside the frame there are 4 sets chains, through the chain driving, the chain will be moved. Inside the frame, the pallet will be up and down. Can pushing part include a motor, 2 sets chain, and one set pushing board. With the motor running forward and back, the pallet will step forward and back.

Water treatment is equipped for pure water, mineral water, and water used in beverage drink. It contains RO, natrium filter, ultra filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, ozone processor etc. |
2.Bottle Blowing Machine
Divided into: semi-automatic bottle blowing and full automatic bottle blowing machine.
Suitable for: PET bottle.
