The two cylinder body, piston rod are all steel forging; outside surface of cylinder pump done piezo-optic treatment, the outside surface of piston rod done chromate treatment; the seals adopt YX-type seal circle. Using no stem cavity supply the work power for bending sheet plate.B.Bottom rollers and level device of up roller
The bottom rollers part composed of bottom rollers, bearing blocks of bottom rollers, input gearing of bottom rollers, slip bearings of bottom rollers and so on.
The level move part supplied power by level move motor, through worm-wheel box, screw part to let up-roller part level move, then come true the metal sheet's pre-bend.C.Support roller part
The support roller composed of support roller, nut screw part, trigonite part and so on.

E.Tipping part

Cone-bend part is the special spare of the rolling machine, main composed of abutment, pivoted end roller, axle sleeve, pin axle and so on. Working Principle
This model device adopts the Japanese technology. It can roll plate to cylinder, U-shape and so on. The up roller of this device can do up and down, right and left move. And all the move actions can show by figure.
The device is hydraulic 3-roller rolling machine, it used to bend plate into cylinder-shape, arc-shape in normal temperature.The up roller of the device can lift up and down, level left and right.Level move up roller to pre-bend the plate, let the up roller in asymmetrical location relative two bottom rollers.Up roller's lift movement adopts hydraulic driven, and level move adopts mechanical driven.
