Instruction
The decanter centrifuges used in the pharmacy, food and beverage industries shall have high separating factors so as to ensure minimum residue content in the separated liquid and minimum liquid content inside the residue, and achieve higher yields; the machines shall meet the health requirements, have a structure easy for cleaning, preferable automatic cleaning; the substances used in the pharmacy, food and beverage industries are general acidic, and the machine cleaning liquids are alkaline, which requires that the machine parts in contact with the substance cater must meet this requirement.; the machines generally run in continuous twenty four hours, shall not have faults in the working process otherwise the substances will deteriorate, which requires the machines are highly reliable.
Deslagging of fruit and vegetable juices and animal oils, dehydration of soybean protein isolate, yeast ,Concentration of fish protein, dehydration of wheat starch B, deslagging of soy milk, clarification of edible pigments.
