Product Description

Reducing and Sizing Mill Unit The unit consists of a two-stand reducing mill and a two-stand sizing mill. The reducing mill is composed of a gearbox and a rolling mechanism, with the gearbox designed with three shift mechanisms, allowing for eight speed configurations. Similarly, the sizing mill is composed of a gearbox and a rolling mechanism, with the gearbox also designed with three shift mechanisms, allowing for eight speed configurations. The entire unit can achieve 64 speed configurations.
The rolling mill consists of a conical box and a roller box with a 45° spiral bevel gear transmission system. The reducing mill uses a roller box that can withstand high rolling forces, while the sizing mill uses a super-small roller box, making the distance between stands only 150mm, enabling guide-free rolling.
The reducing and sizing mill unit has the following advantages:

Single Pass System: Simplifies mill setup, reduces inventory of rolls and guides, lowers production costs, increases mill utilization, and boosts capacity. Free Sizing: Enhances rolling flexibility and allows for timely delivery.
