Big capacity chalk machinery, blackboard chalk machines
Chalk making procedure:
1*. Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water.
The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.
2*.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle
3*. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,
4*. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.
5*. The packing should be completed by handwork.
6*.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape.
The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
