The major group valve adopts double pump, two-circut, electric-control,high-low pressure switching valve block, high-low pressure switching could finish by one-key and don't need stop pumping. Simple oil way, low failure rate, and convenient repairment. The major oil cylinder is feed by major oil pump. The tilt cylinder is feed by gear pump with energy accumulator. The smallest pumping volume is in5m³/h, the largest is achieved 100m³/h. There are some manufacturers that make major oil pump to feed major oil cylinder and tilt cylinder, or cannot achieve liite volume pumping. And when major pump delivery is extreme low, S-valve swing is also negative acceleration or cannot pumping.
Double purpose Sync. lubrication system is drived by tilt cylinder when working, lubricated by driving manual rocker when non-working. Circulation port could lubricate bearing seat in hopper and synchronization port could lubricate pumping piston. They can increase the piston's longevity to 3 all places.
The placing boom adopts load-sensitive proportion multitandem valve, the action-speed is stepless regulation freely, the operation performance is excellent. It can realize remote control and manual control in emergency situation. The stirring and landing leg are feeded by gear pump, with pressure relay could realize automatic stirring inversion, to prevent large pepple locing the vane.
