Crucible has always been an equipment for smelting copper alloys. It is simple in structure and easy to operate. It is mainly used to melt non-ferrous metals with low melting point, such as copper, aluminum and alloys. In this melting furnace, the alloy is melted in a crucible. Crucible is widely used in the foundry workshops of small and medium-sized non-ferrous alloy processing plants and machine manufacturing plants, and is deeply loved by major enterprises.
1. When the regenerative burner on the aluminum melting furnace works, it should be noted that its flame temperature is much higher, and a large furnace space is required to ensure normal combustion.
2. When the aluminum melting furnace uses regenerative burner, it must be equipped with disconnected auxiliary smoke exhaust pipe. Only in this way can the problem of furnace pressure fluctuation caused by burner switching be solved. In addition, the pressure tapping point of the furnace shall be set at the position where the flame and air flow will not have much impact as far as possible.
3. In the process of aluminum smelting, combustion is always carried out in a fully enclosed furnace. The two burners ignite and burn alternately. The whole process monitoring of ignition and flame is an important part of the normal operation of the system, which should be paid full attention to and necessary measures should be taken. Only in this way can we ensure the safety of equipment and production.
4. In the process of aluminum smelting, there are great differences in heat load demand and heat exchange mode at each stage. Therefore, a continuous adjustment and control system of flame size shall be equipped. Only in this way can we realize the accurate control of fuel combustion in each stage of aluminum smelting and achieve better energy-saving effect. At the same time, it is also conducive to improve the quality of smelting products and reduce the oxidation and burning loss of aluminum.
